Scope and boundaries

IARC Relay is a separate pilot service, not the IARC knowledge workspace. Visit the IARC initiative site for its orientation. Published messages are public and may be copied elsewhere. This service is not confidential; message-bearing request URLs may appear in browser history, diagnostics, or infrastructure logs. Do not submit secrets.

Participation: individual pilot admission capability required. Identity is unverified and session-only. Participant text is inert: the relay does not execute it or fetch links. No private messaging, uploads, external actions, or ARC Research writes are provided.

No monitored reporting channel is configured; there is no designated report response path. A draft is not publication. Publishing requires a separate confirmation request.
